Delivery Information
We offer a fast courier service to deliver the goods to customer in Hong
Kong, Kowloon and/or New Territories (MTR/KCR routes). Couriered packages
will be tracked by our efficient customer service system to follow the
transport progress. For overseas customer, we currently offer SpeedPost,
an international courier service by Hong Kong Post Office, and the cost
will be shown clearly on the "reply email" to you. For cost
saving, you may choose registered airmail instead, and the cost will also
be shown clearly on the 'reply email' to you. Other specific international
courier cost will be quoted on the "reply mail " to you upon
requested.
Local Courier - Hong Kong
Delivery by courier service to Hong Kong, Kowloon and/or New Territories
will be free for orders on/above HK$300.00 For an order less than HK$300.00,
a delivery charge of HK$30.00 will be applied (delivery charge is waived
until the ending of promotion period, which will be announced). (Registered-mail
cost is already included/absorbed by the selling price and listed on Purchase
Order.)

When will it arrive?
When you place an order with Minifair we will arrange delivery to the
address nominated by you, within any of the above areas in the Hong Kong
SAR, within approximately 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of receipt
of payment.
Minifair does not deliver on public holidays or when typhoon signal number
8 or above, and/or black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
Product availability and its effect on shipping
We have our own warehoused inventory of products. This allows us to provide
our customers with a timely and convenient delivery service.
If a product is out of stock, you can still purchase the product, but
delivery will be delayed by that length of time required to receive the
product from the supplier.
Where is my parcel?
Couriered delivery will be tracked by our customer service system. If
at any time you need to be updated on the progress of your order, please
call Minifair customer service hotline at (852) 2892-1896 or e-mail us
to info@lienutd.com.
If your delivery is delayed in leaving our warehouse, we'll notify you
immediately.
Time of arrival
Courier service in Hong Kong generally delivered for Monday - Saturday,
9AM - 6PM. If you are not at home by the time of delivery, the courier
will leave you a card stating that your order is available, and an alternative
time of delivery can be arranged.
Do I need to be at home to receive the goods?
To protect your order we require a signature of acceptance to allow our
courier to leave the goods. A relative or immediate member of your family
or your domestic helper or maid shall be deemed to be authorized to sign
for the goods at your residential address, or alternatively your reception,
if it is a business address.
Difficult to get to places
Minifair will be unable to deliver goods to premises where there is no
legal unloading area of the building. Where there is delivery of goods
to buildings with no lift service, an additional fee of HK$30 per floor
will be charged.
Can I Change the delivery address once the order has been placed
Once the order has been received by Minifair, you may change delivery
instructions within eight hours of lodgment. To change details or instructions,
please call Minifair customer service hotline at (852) 2892-1896 or e-mail
changes to info@lienutd.com.
Returns Policy
At Minifair, we understand there is only so much you can learn about
a product from looking at it on a computer screen. That is why we have
a system in place that will allow you to return goods you find unsuitable.
We will however require that the product be returned in original condition
and packaging, with all accessories. We will also need your receipt. We
regret that, for the avoidance of piracy, we can only accept sealed and
unopened videos, CDs, VCDs, DVDs or computer games...etc.
To return a product, you must contact us within 3 working days upon receipt
of goods:

Please ensure that when returning the goods, all parcels are securely
packaged as the return will not be recognized until the package is received
at either a Minifair Pick-Up point or Minifair Head-Office and its condition
and packaging duly verified.
Goods damaged prior to or during delivery
If your purchase was damaged prior to your receipt of it, once verified,
we'll send you an undamaged one freight free. You will need to return
the damaged product to us so that we can assess it.
Refunds
Minifair will refund a crossed cheque in accordance with the agreed amount
if the request aligns with our return-inward policy by mailing to your
correspondence address.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order to Minifair, please contact to
our customer service immediately at (852) 2892-1896 or e-mail us to info@lienutd.com.
At Minifair we process orders quickly, so please contact customer service
as soon as possible if you want to make changes. Please note that once
an order has left our warehouse, it regrettably cannot be cancelled. Our
goal is to ensure that you are always satisfied with our services.
